Sailing time from Castiglione della Pescaia about 35/40 Minutes
The Sparrowhawk

One of the most beautiful beaches of the Maremma, surely the best known, Cala Violina and its singing sand, perfectly midway between Follonica and Punta Ala, lies within the
Bandite di Scarlino Nature Reserve:
it is a small cove of very white sand and clear, pristine water.
Set between the two headlands of Punta Martina to the North, which separates it from nearby Cala Martina, and Punta Le Canne to the South.
The beach can be reached only on foot or by bike, or by sea.
The not-so-easy access has probably helped keep this striking beach of our Maremma wild and unspoiled, a true landscape gem, with a quality very rare to find

CALA DI FORNO
Cala di Forno!!!!!!!!!!!!! What can I say, a wordless show immersed in the wild Maremma in the heart of the Uccellina Park
Cala di Forno is a fine-sand beach well sheltered from the winds, located in the Maremma Natural Park, strongly protected; it is among the least accessible beaches but perhaps the most seductive on the Maremma coast.
The beach is about 3/4 kilometers long (one way only), reachable only on foot or by boat.
Of course it’s a beach for nature lovers, for the more adventurous, and it’s absolutely atypical: foxes or fallow deer often stroll on the sand, while looking up to the sky it’s not rare to spot the majestic peregrine falcon.
On Cala di Forno beach it’s not possible to buy water, food, and there are no facilities to shelter from the sun, so it’s very important to go well equipped.

THE ANTS OF GROSSETO
Three islets, one of which has a lighthouse now used as a Luxury Hotel set in the middle of the sea,
included in the Tuscan Archipelago.
They lie off the Grosseto coast of the Maremma Natural Park, and rise abruptly from a seabed about 100 meters deep.
They are part of the municipality of Grosseto. On the largest "Formica", Formica Grande, stands the Formiche di Grosseto lighthouse.
The three islets are about 14 nautical miles from Castiglione della Pescaia, 10 from Marina di Grosseto and 8 from Bocca d'Ombrone
Here you are truly in a wild and enchanting place with crystal-clear, transparent water
The islands are highly appreciated by lovers of scuba diving.

GIGLIO ISLAND
Giglio Island, the pearl of the Archipelago, is 24 nautical miles from Castiglione della Pescaia. Giglio Island is located in the Tuscan Archipelago opposite Monte Argentario; it is truly a beauty waiting to be discovered.
With its 21 sq km of area, it is the second-largest island of the Tuscan Archipelago and is renowned for its natural beauty.
The crystal-clear emerald sea, with rich, fish-filled seabeds, frames a land that is still 90% wild.
Absolutely to visit:
Cannelle Bay, Caldane, Capel Rosso, L'Allume, Campese, Fenaio.
Finally, Giglio Porto to end the day with its venues for aperitifs and dinners in typical seaside restaurants.

The wild island of Giannutri, rich in archaeological finds, nature and marine park
Argentario is a place overlooking the sea with unspoiled waters and stunning coves and bays rich in fish and cobalt blue water
Bocca d'Ombrone a wild pearl set in the Uccellina Park

ELBA ISLAND
CAPRAIA ISLAND
AFRICHELLA
Elba Island is the largest of the islands along our coast.
Today it is known as one of Italy’s most charming destinations, a paradise spot, just a short distance from the coast, that has won the hearts of so many travelers thanks to its exceptional mix of unspoiled nature, ancient culture, and food.
Discovering the Elban bays and beaches, the locations and the most important gulfs.
To begin
Porto Azzurro, a fishing village of ancient origins; Gulf of Capoliveri, Lacona, Marina di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, Sant’Andre, Marina di Campo, Gulf of Procchio, Porto Ferraio, Cavo.
These locations are truly spectacular, starting from the colors of the water, the little town, the traditions, and the local people
The island of Capraia the northernmost of the archipelago about 48 miles from Castiglione della Pescaia.
Island Of fiery red Colors
You have just landed on the island and you can already feel, loud and clear, the deep breath of this wild rock, flooded by a dazzling Mediterranean light.
In this Place the watchword is: don't rush.
Capraia seduces you with its apparent indolence, it seems to want to hide its most intimate secrets, then it takes you by the hand and carries you along, hoping not to see you leave again too soon.
This island is an unspoiled paradise, home to about 300 people
The farthest direction: Corsica About 50 miles from Castiglione della Pescaia
The Scoglio d'Africa, or called Africhetta or Formiche di Montecristo, is a small rock with a lighthouse located between the waters of Montecristo, Elba Island, Pianosa and the Corsica Channel
Its name, referring to the African continent, indicates its extremely southern position compared to the other islands of the Tuscan Archipelago
